Police are investigating after three teenagers were allegedly stabbed in Sydney’s southwest in the early hours on Saturday. Emergency services were called to a unit on Woodville Road in Villawood about 1am following multiple noise complaints.
But on arrival, a large group allegedly threw projectiles at officers, NSW Police said in a statement. Officers then discovered a 19-year-old man on Kerrang Ave with stab wounds to his stomach, shoulder, and thigh after dispersing the crowd.
He was taken to Liverpool Hospital, where he remains in stable condition.
Two boys – aged 16 and 17 – presented at Blacktown Hospital with stab wounds a short time later. They are both in stable condition. Fairfield City Police Area Command officers established separate crime scenes and investigated the circumstances surrounding the incidents – all believed to have occurred in the Villawood area.
